E-commerce Systems Product Owner

SW London (Barnes)

The group consists of a number of brands, the majority of which focus on eCommerce. The group has grown considerably in the past few years and are now looking for an E-commerce Systems Product Owner who has the drive and foresight to help drive future growth. As E-commerce Systems Product Owner you will be responsible for:

  • Response for the internal CRM system and its development backlog.
  • Representing stakeholders to the delivery teams and providing sprint prioritization to ensure technology alignment with business priorities & strategies.
  • Ensuring feature development, technical or support issues and projects are effectively managed with complete accountability for agreed delivery objectives within each sprint.
  • Working closely with Product Managers and other Product Owners to understand and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in line with the wider business and all its products.
  • Documenting technical concerns, solutions, and support information.
  • Being responsible for continuous improvement, continuous delivery, and continuous integration.

The successful candidate for the role of Product Owner will:

  • Have an appetite for data and using that data to make informed decisions.
  • A working knowledge of CRM systems in general.
  • A minimum of 4 years directly relevant work experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology and Scrum processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business functionality and opportunities into clear, precise, and easy-to-read functional documents.
  • Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally.

The company is based in Barnes, 10 minutes from Hammersmith station and 15 minutes from Barnes mainline station or alternatively, parking can be provided. In return, you will receive a starting salary of up to 60,000 (negotiable) plus benefits including:
