Marketing Executive

As an established, fast-growing company the role of Marketing Executive is an integral part of the company. You will enjoy working as part of a small, friendly, collaborative team in offices in Richmond. This is a new role created due to business growth and you will work closely with the Head of Marketing & Brand.

Established for over 6 years the company are specialists in indoor environment solutions (ventilation and air conditioning) offering design, installation, and maintenance of their systems.

The role of Marketing Executive is a varied and busy role to support the strategic and tactical plans for the group brands.

As the Marketing Executive you will be responsible for:

Content Creation – Blog Writing, Website, Campaigns – topic and product led
Social Media planning – Instagram/LinkedIn/TikTok
CRM Marketing – segmentation, workflows, and pre/post customer communications
Email Marketing
Promotional Calendar Planning
Artwork/Design
Web CMS updating including new products and copy
Identifying New Product Opportunities
Qualities and experience needed to be successful in the role of Marketing Executive:

Good written and verbal communications
Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
Experience working with CRM Marketing Platform
Experience creating content for social media platforms
Ability to manage varied workload and meet objectives
B2B/B2C content development
Proactive in approach to prioritising key tasks

Desirable:

Experience in Adobe Suite
Ecommerce experience (consumer marketing/buying cycle)
In return the Marketing Executive will receive a salary of £30-35,000. Hours are 9-5.30 Monday-Friday. Discretionary performance bonus.
